Overview
Red St. George�s cross on white field. National flag in canton. Images seen on the government�s information agency show a much lighter blue than usually seen on the national flag. This flag was seen in the same image frame (https://www.facebook.com/photo) as the much darker blue police flag, so it is unlikely that the lighter shade is a result of distortion from sunlight.

Coast Guard badge
This maybe a recent design in that it uses the Tudor Crown adopted by King Charles III and not the St Edwards Crown used by Queen Elizabeth II.
